The Villas in Old Greenwood included seven buildings that
we supplied for Mako Construction.
 Four of the buildings used Reclaimed "Picklewood" Siding.
This DF Siding was milled from old pickle barrels
to a 3/4" x random width shiplap pattern. The other three used
1x10 WR Cedar Shiplap siding. The trim & fascia were milled from WR Cedar, and pre-stained with
Cabot Semi-Transparent stain.

PacWood also supplied the WR Cedar Shakes and
Redwood Decking for this project.
 

This beautiful home on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe
has 5/4x12 WR Cedar Rabbited Bevel Siding,
with Cedar Valley Panels (shingles). The siding,
fascia, trim and panels were pre-stained with Superdeck
Semi-Transparent stain.

PacWood supplied the siding, trim and interior
finish package for this beautiful home on the west side
of Truckee. The interior finish package included
Knotty Alder base, casing, and the vaulted
ceilings had 1x6 T&G Knotty Alder throughout.
The home was designed perfectly for the lot,
but made photography difficult.

The 8" Western Red Cedar Log Cabin Siding
on this Lake Almanor home was stained
on site with Superdeck Semi-transparent stain.
The interior finish included 1x6 T&G Western
Red Cedar lid material.

This spectacular home in Squaw Creek (Truckee CA)
has Western Red Cedar Siding (board & batt as well as
Rabbited Bevel Siding), Western Red Cedar trim, and
1x10 Western Red Cedar T&G on the interior vaulted ceilings.
All of the exterior siding was pre-stained with Preservawood Stain. The picture does NOT do this home justice.

The detail that Greenwood Homes, Inc. put into this
home makes it a work of art. The combination of
Western Red Cedar and Knotty Alder
makes for a very rich interior.
PacWood supplied the exterior siding for this
home too, as well as the siding and interior
finish for the project that they built next door
in this golf course community.

The 1x8 WR Cedar Cove siding on this home
in Truckee California is looks great with the Superdeck
stain we applied. The decking material, handrail, interior
finish materials and Tru-Dry timbers that were dried to the
core (using radio-frequency drying) were all supplied
by PacWood.
